Greetings Delta Sisters and Friends,

Welcome to the official website of the Washington-Plymouth Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. On behalf of the dedicated members of the chapter, I welcome and invite you to view our website to learn about our chapter’s involvement and initiatives in our united service areas of Beaufort, Martin, and Washington counties. We are a sisterhood of college-educated women dedicated to community service. The programs and activities of the sorority are based upon our Five Point Programmatic Thrust:

  • Economic Development

  • Educational Development

  • International Awareness and Involvement

  • Physical and Mental Health

  • Political Awareness and Involvement

Since 1980, Washington-Plymouth Alumnae Chapter has designed and implemented several programs, activities, and community service projects reflecting the Five Point Programmatic Thrust. We continue to work tirelessly to develop and implement a wide range of empowering programs and initiatives that emulate the mission of our sorority, and remain passionate about Transforming Lives and Impacting Communities, especially in our service areas.

Washington-Plymouth Alumnae Chapter is committed and devoted to upholding the ideals and principles of our beloved sisterhood by continuing the legacy fostered by our twenty-two Founders. We will continue the work of Delta Sigma Theta by continuing our legacy into the next century by transforming lives through our commitment to provide scholarship and service excellence through sisterhood.

We “Thank You” for visiting our website and invite you to check back regularly for updates about our community service programs and projects. If you are new to our service areas, specifically Beaufort, Martin, and Washington counties, or have a desire to reconnect with Delta Sigma Theta we welcome you to join the Washington-Plymouth Alumnae Chapter. I encourage you to email us with your questions. We also invite you to like us on Facebook, Washington-Plymouth Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc., for more information on our activities and events.
